Marco Bezzecchi will start from pole position for the MotoGP Italian Grand Prix at Mugello after Aprilia locked out the front row.
With his first flying lap on the second set of tyres in Q2, Bezzecchi smashed the MotoGP lap record at Mugello and claimed pole position.
Raul Fernandez will start alongside his Aprilia colleague as the Spaniard secured second place on the grid for Trackhouse.
Jorge Martin completed an Aprilia 1-2-3 on the grid for the Italian Grand Prix after he completed the front row.
The top Ducati on the grid will be the reigning MotoGP World Champion, Marc Marquez, as he will start from fourth place.
Fermin Aldeguer was able to secure a spot inside the top five, as he qualified in fifth, as Francesco Bagnaia completed an all-Ducati second row in sixth place.
Fabio Di Giannantonio did not live up to his performance in practice, as he qualified on the third row of the grid in seventh place.
MotoGP rookie Diogo Moreira will start the Italian Grand Prix from the third row as he qualified in eighth place on the grid.
Franco Morbidelli rounded out the top ten as he qualified in tenth place, with Enea Bastianini and Alex Rins behind him in 11th and 12th.
Despite pushing in the latter stages, Ai Ogura could not progress to Q2 and will start from 13th place on the grid at the head of the fifth row.
Brad Binder was not able to replicate his teammate’s performance and will start the Italian Grand Prix from 14th place.
The factory Honda riders continued to struggle, with Joan Mir and Luca Marini qualifying in 15th and 16th.
Jack Miller and Fabio Quartararo will line up alongside each other for Yamaha as they will start in 17th and 18th.
Maverick Vinales was the last KTM in Qualifying, as he could only manage 19th place on the grid, with Toprak Razgatlioglu behind him in 20th.
The two replacement riders will start from the back of the grid, with Michele Pirro in 21st and Cal Crutchlow in 22nd.
