Formula E title-leader Jake Dennis has topped the timesheets in first practice for the Mexico City E-Prix at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez.

The Brit, who opened Season 12 with victory in Sao Paulo last month, clocked a 1:06.053s, just three hundredths quicker than Porsche’s Pascal Wehrlein.

Reigning champion Oliver Rowland was third, a further hundredth back, followed by the two DS Penskes of Max Guenther and Taylor Barnard. Wehrlein’s team-mate Nico Mueller was sixth.
