Felix Rosenqvist topped final practice ahead of qualifying for the inaugural Zurich E-Prix, setting the pace for Indian marque Mahindra Racing.

Rosenqvist, who can still mathematically win the Season Four title, lapped the Zurich Street Circuit in 1m 12.207s using 200kW of power, beating Jaguar Racing's Mitch Evans to the fastest time in the session by a mere gap of 0.054s.

Dragon Racing's Jerome d'Ambrosio showed impressive pace in Zurich to secure the third fastest time of the 30-minute-long session, 0.388s adrift of Rosenqvist while Jose Maria Lopez, who smacked the wall in the closing stages of the session, ended the session in fourth.

Alex Lynn completed the top five despite locking up and going straight on at Turn 2 early in the session, fronting a DS Virgin Racing 5-6 with team-mate Sam Bird setting the sixth fastest time of the session, 0.045s separated the pair.

Jean-Eric Vergne was seventh fastest for Techeetah, 0.477s off the pace while he was closely followed by team-mate Andre Lotterer who was eighth fastest.

For the second time this weekend, Sebastien Buemi was ninth fastest for Renault e.dams while Nelson Piquet Jr completed the top 10 in the second Jaguar.

Outside of the top 10, Maro Engel was 11th fastest for Venturi, getting the edge over Nick Heidfeld who is a resident of Zurich.

It was a peculiar session for Audi Sport ABt Schaeffler, with Lucas di Grassi setting the 13th fastest time while Daniel Abt, who dominated at round nine of the championship in Berlin, only managed 16th.

Antonio Felix da Costa rounded out the field of 20 for MS&AD Andretti, 2.027s off the pace.
