Anthony Davidson struck late to give Toyota the edge heading into qualifying for the Silverstone round of the FIA World Endurance Championship.
The British driver topped the 60-minute Saturday morning session with a time of 1:39.476s behind the wheel of the #8 Toyota TS050 Hybrid.
Porsche had been in one-two formation for most of the morning, but Davidson's late attempt put the Japanese marque in front for the third consecutive practice session.
Second quickest was Neel Jani in the #1 Porsche 919 Hybrid, who set a 1:40.223s marker that Davidson eclipsed by seven tenths of a second.
Third was the sister Porsche, ahead of the #7 Toyota which is currently under investigation by the stewards following an incident between José María López and the Aston Martin driven by Paul Dalla Lana.
López clipped the front of Dalla Lana's Am-class Aston exiting Luffield, with the resulting contact forcing the Canadian driver to limp his car back to the pits with a left-front puncture.
The Toyota escaped without any noticeceable damage, although López was close to skirting the gravel on the outside of the corner.
In LMP2, Alex Lynn topped the order with a 1:44.485s time aboard the #26 G-Drive Racing ORECA 07-Gibson.
GTE-Pro was led by the pair of Chip Ganassi-run Ford GTs, ahead of the two Ferrari 488s entered by AF Corse.
Pedro Lamy paced GTE-Am in the #98 Aston Martin that ran into trouble late in the session.
Qualifying for the WEC 6 Hours of Silverstone takes place later today (Saturday, April 15th) at 13:00 local time.
