After a successful career as British Olympic rower, Tom Stallard has since made the switch over to motorsport, joining McLaren in 2009. Mobil 1 The Grid caught up with Stallard to find out more about the life of an F1 race engineer, what it’s like to work with Jenson Button and the transition from oar power to horse power.
