Cadillac #12 was in the lead at the 16 hour mark of the 24H of Le Mans, with Toyota #8 in second and BMW #20 in third.
The Cadillac #38 was pushed into the garage at 4:10 following an issue with the power steering. Though not officially retired, the Herzt Team JOTA entry has yet to make it back to the track.
During the 14th hour, 3 Farano spun in the first chicane, #99 Dane Cameron hit the barriers at Mulsanne. Slow zone because of the #99 for a few laps. The AO “Rocky” #99 went back to running,
Just ahead of the 16 hour mark Kevin Estre lost steering going through Indianapolis, crashing into the barriers and bringing out a full course yellow.
Current LMP2 class leader is Richard Verschoor in the #30, followed by Nico Müller in the #343 and Tom Dillman in the #43.
In LMGT3, where no major incidents took place, the current class leader is Nicky Catsburg in the #33 Corvette followed by Jack Hawksworth in the #78 Lexus and #27 Zacharie Robichon in the Aston Martin.
