VR46’s Fabio Di Giannantonio was the fastest rider at Mugello on Saturday morning in the final MotoGP practice.
The Italian rider ran into a technical issue in the latter stages of the session, but held onto top spot on Saturday morning ahead of Qualifying.
Pedro Acosta will have to go through Q1 in Qualifying, but had a promising Saturday morning as he started the day in second place.
Francesco Bagnaia continued inside the top three, as the Italian rider was in third place on the Ducati.
Fermin Aldeguer and Ai Ogura completed the top five in Free Practice Two, as they started Saturday in fourth and fifth places.
The Championship leader, Marco Bezzecchi, was in sixth place, with Franco Morbidelli and Jorge Martin in seventh and eighth places.
Marc Marquez is back from injury, and he was in ninth place at the end of Practice, ahead of MotoGP rookie Diogo Moreira in tenth.
Just outside of the top ten was Raul Fernandez on the Trackhouse Racing Aprilia in 11th place on the timesheets.
Brad Binder has continued his difficult weekend as he ended the final Practice session in 12th place on the KTM.
The factory Honda riders, Luca Marini and Joan Mir, did not threaten the top ten spots as they ended up in 13th and 14th.
Maverick Vinales completed the top 15 runners on Saturday morning as he was in 15th place on the timesheets for Tech3.
Alex Rins was the top Yamaha rider in 16th place and will already be in Q2 in Qualifying after his performance on Friday afternoon.
Enea Bastianini is another rider who will already be in Q2, but had a slow start to Saturday as he was in 17th place.
The Yamaha riders Fabio Quartararo, Jack Miller, and Toprak Razgatlioglu were all together on the timesheets in 18th, 19th, and 20th.
At the bottom of the timesheets were the two replacement riders of Michele Pirro and Cal Crutchlow in 21st and 22nd.
