Alisha Palmowski has claimed her first pole position during the 2026 F1 Academy season at the Chinese Grand Prix.
The Red Bull-backed driver posted a blistering 2:04.1, nearly half a second clear of Alba Larsen in second. Emma Felbermayr rounded out the top three, setting the grid for Sunday’s Race 2.
Alpine-backed Nina Gademan will start from pole position for tomorrow’s race 1, with the top eight reversed.
