The final qualifying session of the 2025 IndyCar season took place on Saturday, with drivers turning two laps each at Nashville Superspeedway.

Pato O’Ward followed up his fast run in practice to take pole in qualifying, completing his two laps in 47.2607 seconds and an average speed of 202.621.

David Malukas was second quick for the second week running, and was once again forced to watch on nervously while he held the provisional pole only to have it taken away at the last moment.

Arrow McLaren was quick will all their cars and Christian Lundgaard was third quick, followed by a Chip Ganassi Racing duo Alex Palou and Scott Dixon in fourth and fifth respectively.

A set up bumps in Turn 3 upset cars as they roared through, and multiple runs were ruined by drivers having to lift off the throttle in order to keep control.

Now that the grid is set, drivers will prepare to take the green flag for the final race of the season on Sunday at 1:30 PM central time.
