Dubai investment firm AIX Investment Group completed its acquisition of Formula 2 and 3 teams to form AIX Racing.
Fully acquiring PHM AIX Racing, the investment firm has completed a transition in the team’s ownership and management.
The Dubai-based financial firm completed the team’s acquisition through its ‘We Are The Future’ programme.
PHX competes in F2, F3, Formula Regional Middle East and the Central European Zone, Italian, European and United Arab Emirates Formula 4 championships.
With AIX’s acquisition, the team will be rebranded to AIX Racing and will continue to race in those series.
The company previously acquired the F2 and F3 team Charouz Racing System in 2022, running the team from its factory in Czechia.
Also sponsoring drivers Charlie and Oscar Wurz, currently racing in F3 and F4, the investment firm has extensive involvement in motorsport.
