Motorsport Week takes a look at the FIA Formula E drivers who are also turning their expert hands to the FIA World Endurance Championship, which begins in Qatar this Saturday.

The winners of both the previous five Drivers’ and Constructors’ Championships, Toyota Gazoo Racing, have space for an FE driver in both their cars, with Series 7 Champion and current Mahindra Racing man, Nyck de Vries, in the #7 car, alongside Envision Racing’s Sebastien Buemi, who is racing the #8 car.

Hertz Team Jota have hired Avalanche Andretti’s Norman Nato, with BMW M Team WRT handing a share of one seat to Buemi’s Envision team-mate, Robin Frijns.

Flying the flag for his native Italy, de Vries’ Mahindra partner Edoardo Mortara takes a seat for Lamborghini Iron Lynx, whilst Peugeot TotalEnergies’ #93 car have ABT Cupra’s Nico Muller alongside two-time FE Champion and DS Penske man Jean-Eric Vergne. The French outfit’s #94 challenger is part-filled by Vergne’s team-mate and Series 8 Champion, Stoffel Vandoorne.
