Ferrari has released the livery for their #83 AF Corse 499P Hypercar which will compete in the 2024 FIA World Endurance Championship, featuring a prominently yellow appearance with the red secondary colour.

The #83 will be the third AF Corse privateer-entered Hypercar entrant representing the Maralleno brand with the 499P.

As unveiled already, the main factory Hypercars will continue a slightly tweaked yet similar look to their debut 2023 season.

AF Corse say this inverted look distinguishes the #83 to the two factory cars, which carry the numbers #50 and #51 on the front.

Furthermore, they have already confirmed their #83 crew which comprises of Scuderia Ferrari F1 reserve driver Robert Schwartzman, fellow official driver Yifei Ye, and 2023 WEC LMP2 champion Robert Kubica.

The #83 499P will compete in the FIA World Cup for Hypercar Teams championship against three Porsche 963s: The #99 Proton Competition, and the #12 and #38 JOTA Hypercars.

Ultimately, these four privateer entries make up a 19-strong Hypercar category for the 2024 season, as the recent 24 Hours of Le Mans entry list has detailed 23 Hypercars.

Ferrari’s third 499P will take on its first race at the 1812 km Qatar on 2 March, as the Prologue two-day pre-season test will take place this weekend on 24-25 February.
