38 cars, split across four classes, have been listed on the next round of the IMSA WeatherTech Sportscar Championship, to be held at Laguna Seca next weekend.

There are nine entries for the headline GTP class, with the addition of the customer JDC Miller Porsche 963 to the regular factory entries from Cadillac, Acura, Porsche and BMW. Each have two cars apiece, with the driver lineups unchanged.

The JDC Miller Porsche has 19-year-old Tijmen van der Helm listed as one of the drivers, with a TBD for the other driver, although it’s believed this will be filled by Mike Rockenfeller, as was announced last week.

LMP2 has eight entries, including the #4 Crowdstrike Racing by APR Oreca 07-Gibson, which was initially an endurance round-only car.

In addition, Louis Deletraz will race for Tower Motorsports in the #8 Oreca 07-Gibson, alongside team owner John Farano. Juan Pablo Montoya has also been listed as a driver in the #51 Rick Ware Racing Oreca 07-Gibson, joining Eric Lux.

Five cars are listed in GTD Pro, from five manufacturers – Corvette, Porsche, Aston Martin, Mercedes and Lexus.

GTD Continues as by far the largest class with 16 entries. The big news here is the addition of an entry from Andretti Autosport, the #94 Aston Martin Vantage GT3, driven by Jarett Andretti and Gabby Chaves.

Julian Andlauer has also been added to the #92 Kellymoss Porsche 911 GT3 R, replacing David Brule for this round.
