It was an action packed weekend of motorsport and that means it’s a bumper issue of Motorsport Monday! We start off with Formula 1’s return to Europe where Spain hosted the sixth round of the championship and…rather surprisingly, delivered an action packed race. Phil Horton has your full report from Barcelona.
Barcelona also played host to F1’s support categories with W Series, Formula 2 and Formula 3 all back in action at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.
Just across the border to the west in Portugal, WRC reconvened for round four and it was a hat-trick of wins for Kalle Rovanpera. The young Finn is making his mark on the championship and Josh Disborough lays out how it went down in Porto.
