MotorsportWeek.com and our sister publication Motorsport Monday are looking to expand our current team of talented reporters.

We are currently seeking additional writers across multiple series including: Formula 1, Formula E, Formula 2, Formula 3, WRC (Rallying), IndyCar and MotoGP. All roles are freelance and part time with pay commensurate to talent and previous experience.

What’s involved?

Responsibilities may include weekend session and race reports, news items and features, for our flagship titles MotorsportWeek.com, Motorsport Monday and other new projects currently in development. Most importantly, you must have a good command of written English and MS Word/or Apple Pages. Once established, we could be sending you to report live at events around the world.

    Hello there

I am contacting you concerning the submissions of the information for the positions on offer. I have already submitted my application; although I was wondering if you could send an email to notify us that you had received them…?

For me, it would have been four emails, given that the information that was required would not be enough to set me apart from the healthy competition. Please do not be under the impression that it is spam, it is more of persistence to perpetuate my writing abilities. The first two emails contain my experience with writing along with my resume and testimonials and the last two contain articles I dedicated to motorsport and specifically for the positions on offer, so I believe you shall find it beneficial if you were to peruse through them.

I found that we were not given a timeframe for when the position would hypothetically be filled which makes the entire application process a little more unnerving as we, the applicants lack clarity, amidst this situation. Would you be so kind to inform us of a timeframe that these positions would be filled?

I thank you for the opportunity and hope to hear from you soon…

    With gratitude
    Morgan
