50 cars on provisional entry list for 24 Hours of Le Mans Virtual

The provisional entry list for the 24 Hours of Le Mans Virtual has been released, featuring headline teams from the FIA World Endurance Championship and other series.

The entry list features 50 teams, split between LMP2 and GTE Pro and features both real-life outfits and top sim racing crews.

LMP2 features the most entries, with 30 ORECA 07-Gibson entries. Some of the main names in this category include Toyota Gazoo Racing, who have two entries and a third for their Argentinean subsidiary. LMP1 rivals Rebellion have partnered up with Williams Esports and have fielded four entries. The LMP1 contingent is completed by ByKolles, who have partnered with Burst Esport.

The real-life LMP2 competitors are also present, featuring a number of entries from United Autosports, JOTA Sport, Panis Racing, Cool Racing and TDS Racing.

Belgian DTM privateers Team WRT are also present, along with Team Penske.

GTE Pro features twenty entries, with all three main GTE Pro manufacturers represented with multiple entries. AF Corse has entered thee Ferrari 488 GTEs, while Aston Martin Racing has also entered three of its Aston Martin Vantage AMRs. Porsche have entered no less than four Porsche 911 RSRs. Corvette Racing is also present with a pair of Corvette C7.Rs, while FIA WEC regulars Gulf Racing, Dempsey-Proton Racing and Team Project 1 have also been entered.

The race has a ten-car reserve list, which includes Risi Competizione, Kessel Racing, Team LNT, Duqueine Racing, Graff and G-Drive Racing, which are all teams that have raced at Le Mans in recent years or are set to take the start in the race’s real-life counterpart this September.
