Well, the Formula paddock may still be on their summer sabbatical but just about everyone else was hard at it this weekend…

This weekend the MotoGP riders were at Silverstone and on Sunday afternoon we were treated to possibly the closest ever finish to a thrilling British MotoGP. Kyle Francis has the full story on how the championship leader got pipped on the finish line!
The DTM Series was at the Lausitzring and Davey Euwema has the full story on how the 2019 title race has been revived by Nico Müller who left the tri-oval now just 20 points adrift of long time points leader Rene Rast. Davey also has a report on the GT only round of the IMSA WeatherTech Sportscar Round at VIR held yesterday.
And on Saturday evening the IndyCar grid lined up for the Bommarito Automotive Group 500 at Gateway. What a surprise the podium was, with the senior drivers of the series locking it out. Alex Gallacher reports, and the racing was out of the top drawer too…
On top of all that Phil Horton has the second part of his 2019 Formula 1 mid season review and he cannot see anyone stopping the Silver Arrows taking both titles yet again. Plus we also have a full preview of the 2019/20 FIA WEC Championship which starts next weekend at Silverstone.
