Issue 287 of our free weekly magazine, Motorsport Monday, is online now and packed full of great content – click here or the link below to start reading.

Well, it went right down to the wire for the 2018 DTM Series title. The final race of the final race weekend and despite what can only be described as one of the greatest ever comebacks, it wasn't enough for Rene Rast, who had to watch as Gary Paffett did just enough to snatch his second title by four points from Rast and Paul Di Resta.

Meanwhile over in Braselton, Georgia, it was time for IMSA to also crown its new champions as the season drew to a close with the 21st running of the iconic Motul Petit Le Mans. And what an amazing sportscar race it was with the race only being decided on the second last corner of the race. Chris Soulsby has the full story on how it unfolded.

And on the other side of the Pacific it was time for the 6 Hours of Fuji, the all-important home race for Toyota and with little in the way of competition, a must win for the Japanese outfit. Daniel Lloyd reports on how it all went for the home Toyota squad.
