Jean-Eric Vergne set the pace in final practice ahead of qualifying for the Berlin E-Prix, leading the way for independent squad Techeetah.
Vergne lapped the iconic Flughafen Tempelhof circuit in 1m 09.438s, beating Mahindra Racing's Felix Rosenqvist to the top spot by a mere gap of 0.095s despite expecting a difficult weekend in the German capital.
Vergne's Techeetah team-mate, Andre Lotterer, completed the top three, 0.130s off the pace while he was closely followed by the Audi Sport Abt Schaeffler machine of reigning Formula E champion, Lucas di Grassi.
Sebastien Buemi, who was the fastest of the 180kW runners in first practice, completed the top five for Renault e.dams while Daniel Abt was sixth fastest in the second Audi.
Jerome d'Ambrosio put in an impressive performance for Jay Penske's Dragon squad, securing seventh in practice, 0.244s adrift of Vergne's time that was worthy of the top spot in the session. His team-mate, Jose Maria Lopez, failed to mirror the performances of the former F1 driver, ending the session in 15th.
Alex Lynn maintained his early pace from FP1 over his DS Virgin Racing team-mate, Sam Bird, setting the eighth fastest time of the session while Bird was 10th, with the pair being split by Jaguar Racing's Mitch Evans.
Outside of the top 10, Britain's Oliver Turvey was 11th fastest for NIO while Nick Heidfeld, who topped FP1, was 12th fastest for Mahindra Racing.
At the bottom of the timesheets was Stephane Sarrazin for MS&AD Andretti, 1.297s off the pace after losing a large portion of running in FP1 following an accident in Turn 1 as he gets used to the ATEC 03 machine.
