We head down to the Southern Hemisphere this week, where there was action galore from both the Formula 1 paddock in Brazil and the World Rallycross stars in South Africa.
First up we had the penultimate grand prix of the 2017 F1 season and although both the drivers' and manufacturers' titles had been sewn up in Mexico City and Austin, there was still all to play for when the cars took to the Interlagos circuit in Sao Paolo this weekend. Read Joe Saward and Phil Horton's take on a race that brought Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel his fifth victory of the year and almost assured him of the runner-up position in this year's title fight.
Then it's over to the Killarney raceway in Cape Town for the final round of this year's FIA World RX Rallycross championship. And while the titles had already been settled long before the cars saw the fair Cape, a lot of pride was still at stake as the WRX gang got to Cape Town for their first ever visit to the African continent.
