Charles Leclerc has been stripped of his Feature Race win at Spa-Francorchamps, after his car failed post-race checks.
Leclerc had taken his sixth win of the campaign with a dominant performance but his Prema-run machine was discovered to have sustained excessive wear to the underfloor plank.
As a result, Leclerc's car was in breach of the technical regulations and he was excluded from the race order.
Consequently, Russian Time's Artem Markelov inherits victory, having overhauled Oliver Rowland for what was second at the Bus Stop chicane on the last lap.
Rowland, though, did not gain from Leclerc's exclusion, for he was also disqualified for the same technical transgression.
Luca Ghiotto therefore moves up to second spot, with Antonio Fuoco third.
