Prema’s Callum Ilott claimed his fourth victory of the campaign with a commanding performance at Zandvoort as Carlin's Lando Norris moved into the lead of the championship.
Ilott was promoted to pole position after McLaren-backed Norris, quickest in qualifying, was handed a two-place grid drop for a yellow flag infringement.
Ilott therefore lined up from pole and kept Jake Hughes at bay into Tarzan, while Norris slotted into third position.
Ilott streaked clear following an early Safety Car period – caused when Pedro Piquet collided with Van Amersfoort team-mate Joey Mawson – while Hughes resisted initial pressure from Norris.
Ilott ultimately crossed the line 7.3s seconds clear of Hughes, as Norris rounded out the podium spots; with Maximilian Gunther in seventh, Norris now leads the standings by one point.
Harrison Newey jumped David Beckmann at the start and preserved fourth thereafter, ensuring British drivers finished 1-2-3-4, while Ferdinand Habsburg collected sixth spot, having been chased throughout by Gunther.
Guan Yu Zhou, Ralf Schumacher and Ralf Aron rounded out the top 10, while Joel Eriksson’s title hopes took a hit as he came home only 12th.
