Lance Stroll has been called upon to replace Felipe Massa during the in-season test at the Hungaroring this week, after the Brazilian driver fell ill.
Massa was forced to withdraw from the Hungarian Grand Prix shortly before qualifying after he complained of dizzyness and sickness.
Reserve driver Paul di Resta was drafted in at the last minute to replace Massa in qualifying and the race, but retired from P18 with an oil leak.
Massa had been due to drive the FW40 on Tuesday before handing the car over to Formula 2 driver Luca Ghiotto for the second day on Wednesday, but the team have now switched Massa with Stroll as the 36-year-old continues his recovery at home.
The test will be 22-year-old Ghiotto's first time driving an F1 car.
