Mike Conway will make a return to the Formula E championship next month after being drafted in to replace Loïc Duval for the Paris ePrix.
Duval will compete in DTM with Audi this season and the second round of the campaign at the Lausitzring clashes with Formula E’s race in Paris, on May 20.
World Endurance Championship racer Conway will therefore act as Duval’s substitute at Faraday Future Dragon Racing for the sixth round of the 2016/17 FE season around the streets of the French capital.
Conway competed the bulk of the 2015/16 season with Venturi, taking a best of eighth at the Berlin ePrix, but was unable to secure a seat for the 2016/17 championship.
Duval sits in 15th place in this year’s championship, his only top 10 finish coming at the Buenos Aires ePrix, where he took sixth position.
