Force India has confirmed that it will launch its car for the 2017 Formula 1 season at Silverstone on February 22.

Force India enjoyed its best-ever season in F1 last year, finishing fourth in the constructors' championship as Sergio Perez and Nico Hulkenberg both ended the year in the top 10 of the drivers' standings.

Perez picked up two podiums through the campaign, and is set to lead the team once again through 2017 alongside new teammate Esteban Ocon following Hulkenberg's move to Renault.

With Mercedes and Ferrari already confirming launch dates for their 2017 cars, Force India became the latest team to firm up its plans with an announcement on Thursday morning.
