Jake Dennis beat Arden team-mate Jack Aitken to secure his first victory in the GP3 series in race one at the Monza circuit.
The British driver lined up in second place but, after an early safety car period for the stopped Kevin Joerg, was all over the back of pole-sitter Charles Leclerc.
He made a move on lap five into the first chicane and made it stick, scampering off into the distance as Leclerc dropped behind Aitken on the next tour.
From there the two Arden cars moved ahead of the chasing ART Grand Prix driver and Dennis crossed the line 1.9 seconds ahead of Aitken.
Jake Hughes made it an all-British podium by charging from eighth on the grid to third, having lost grid positions due to a penalty for causing a collision in Spa.
The DAMS racer had a slow start to the race but quickly started to make progress through the order, eventually rising to third.
Leclerc led home an ART 4-5-6-7, with team-mates Nirei Fukuzumi, Alexander Albon and Nyck de Vries next up. It meant the team was able to secure the teams’ title.
Antonio Fuoco was eighth, ahead of Koiranen’s Matt Parry and the third Arden car of Tatiana Calderon.
Alex Palou, Sandy Stuvik, Steijn Schothorst, Arjun Maini and Akash Nandy were next up. Ralph Boschung fell to 18th due to a 10-second time penalty for colliding with Matevos Isaakyan.
