KTM will give its new MotoGP bike its first public appearance with a demo run before the Austrian Grand Prix at the Red Bull Ring.
The RC16 will run at 13:15, shortly before the start of the Austrian GP, with KTM test riders Mika Kallio and Alex Hofmann completing demo laps.
KTM will compete in its first full MotoGP season next year, but looks set to make an early debut with a wildcard spot at the 2016 finale in Valencia.
The demo laps in Austria will come after a press conference hosted by KTM Group CEO Stefan Pierer on Saturday about the project.
KTM recently completed a private test at the Red Bull Ring with the new bike, finishing two seconds off the pace.
Bradley Smith and Pol Espargaro have already been confirmed as KTM’s riders for the 2017 season.
