Arjun Maini will replace Oscar Tunjo at Jenzer Motorsport for the upcoming Silverstone round of the GP3 Series Championship.
The 18-year-old will make his debut in the series this weekend, currently with plans in place for him to compete in the British round only, but that could be extended according to the team, which said Maini is "keeping his options open".
The Indian-born driver has most recently competed in Formula 3, but pulled out of the most recent round at the Norisring after struggling with the package on offer.
It appears Tunjo will be left without a seat, despite having scored all of Jenzer's points so far this season which has included a podium in Barcelona.
