Lotus has reacted to the loss of three of its senior personnel by poaching Ferrari’s head of aerodynamics, Nicolas Hennel.
The Enstone outfit lost its technical director James Allison to Ferrari just months ago, whilst their head of aerodynamics Dirk de Beer is heading to Maranello at the end of the year.
In addition to that, lead driver Kimi Raikkonen is returning to Ferrari at the same time.
In response, Lotus has persuaded Hennel to leave the Italian outfit to replace De Beer.
Hennel, who will start next month and begin working on their 2014 project, had only worked at Ferrari since 2012. Before that he was employed by McLaren and Renault.
