A fire at Marussia’s factory in Banbury has damaged vital computer equipment according to the team.
The fire is believed to have started from an electrical fault in the server room during the early hours of Thursday morning.
Luckily a security guard noticed and raised the alarm within minutes. Two fire engines were at the scene and extinguished the flames within an hour, limiting the damage.
The team are currently preparing for the Italian Grand Prix.
