Kimi Raikkonen was the pacesetter during second practice for the Bahrain Grand Prix as he set a 134.154 in his Lotus to edge out the Red Bull pair.

Mark Webber was the leading Bull, albeit just under a tenth quicker than team-mate Sebastian Vettel in third.

Paul di Resta continued Force India’s strong form with the fifth fastest lap whilst Adrian Sutil was ninth, splitting the two Mercedes of Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton.

The fairly uneventful session saw one incident as Esteban Gutierrez made contact with Charles Pic’s Caterham as he tried to pass. The pair came out unscathed and Pic managed to finish best of the newcomers ahead of Max Chilton in the leading Marurssia.
