Kimi Raikkonen is looking forward to more victories in the coming races and season after returning to the top step of the podium for the first time since the 2009 Belgian Grand Prix.
Whilst Raikkonen says victory is “nothing to jump around about,” he admitted he and the team would likely party hard on Sunday night.
“It’s been a hard season for the team, so I hope this can turn the tables and that we can win again like this next year,” said the Finnish driver.
“I’m sure we’ll have a good party tonight and then tomorrow, when we’re all feeling bad after the celebration, remember how we felt now! We have been close a few times this year but now we have done it.
“I am mainly happy for the team; hopefully this will give them a bit of relief, both for the guys working so hard and the guys who own it. But there is nothing to jump around about… we still have a few races to go.”
