The Malaysian Grand Prix will feature a single drag-reduction-zone, identical to that of last season, down the main start/finish straight.
The zone will stretch for over 700m, with detection at the entry of turn 15 and activation at the exit of the long hairpin.
The FIA has decided to stick with the same, single zone from last season because it was thought to be quite successful in giving cars the best chance to pass, without making it too easy.
