Senna, the 2010 critically acclaimed documentary depicting the rivalry between the Brazilian and his then teammate Alain Prost, as well as his death, has won two of the three BAFTA awards it was nominated for.
Senna came top in the Editing and Best Documentary categories, but missed out on the Outstanding British Film award to Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy.
The film, directed by Asif Kapadia, can add the two BAFTA’s to its growing list of awards which include; Best Documentary category at the Sundance, Melbourne and Adelaide Film Festivals, as well as picking up Best International Feature at the Los Angeles Film Festival.
