Senna, the 2010 critically acclaimed documentary depicting the rivalry between the Brazilian and his then teammate Alain Prost, as well as his death, has been nominated for three BAFTA awards.
Senna is nominated for Outstanding British Film, Editing and Documentary.
The film, directed by Asif Kapadia, isn’t short of awards having won the Best Documentary category at the Sundance, Melbourne and Adelaide Film Festivals, as well as picking up Best International Feature at the Los Angeles Film Festival.
