The test schedule for the 2012 season has been confirmed, with three, four day pre-season tests and one final three day test between the Bahrain and Spanish GP’s.
The first test takes place in early February at the Jerez circuit in southern spain. The first test of the season usually sees several teams launch their cars in the pitlane.
The second test takes place in Barcelona in late-February, with a second test at the same circuit just a handful of days later.
Finally, the teams will get the chance to conduct in-season testing for the first time since 2008. A three-day test has been scheduled at Ferrari’s Mugello circuit in Italy.
