The organisers of the 2011 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix have announced a bumper line-up for their official F1 after-party concert – Yasalam 2011.

Britney Spears will kick-off proceedings on the Friday evening following on from practice, before American rock band Incubus and British hard rock band The Cult perform the following day.

As with the race, save the best until last. Sir Paul McCartney will play his first ever gig in the UAE following on from the race, ending what is sure to be a spectacular three-night event.

After-party concerts are becoming a more frequent thing as organisers look to offer extra entertainment during and after the on-track action has finished. The organisers of the Indian GP recently announced Lady Gaga and Metallica as headline acts for their race concert, whilst F1 Rocks – the official after-party – released details for their Sao Paulo event which include Jessie J and Macy Gray.
