The Italian Grand Prix will likely see rain showers on both Saturday and Sunday though practice on Friday will remain dry, according to the latest forecasts.
The weekend had looked likely to remain rain free, but the latest reports predict rain to hit on Saturday at around mid-day, just as qualifying begins.
Sunday could see heavier rain, though in short bursts toward the latter stages of the race.
Temperatures will average 25ºC on both days and wind will remain stable at just 3-5mph.
Sebastian Vettel famously won the 2008 Italian GP after securing pole position with Toro Rosso after both days were hit by heavy downpours.
Update (07/09/11)
The chances of heavier rain on Saturday have increased whilst Sunday looks as though it may only be hit by short, sharp showers.
