Jenson Button celebrated his 200th Grand Prix in style with his second win of the season, Mclaren’s fourth, ahead of the Red Bull of Sebastian Vettel.

Fernando Alonso managed to finish third despite a late spin, whilst Lewis Hamilton, who led from the start, struggled with the tactics and made a strategic error which ultimtaley, along with a spin and drive-through, cost him victory – he finished fourth.

Mark Webber, Felipe Massa, Paul di Resta, Sebastien Buemi, Nico Rosberg and Jaime Alguersuari rounded off the top ten points paying positions.
