A second Red Bull street demo in as many weeks took place in Turin, Italy today, with Mark Webber behind the wheel of the showcar.
The Australian was also joined by sister-team driver, Jaime Alguersuari and, two-wheel stunt rider, Chris Pfeiffer.
More than 40,000 spectators lined the 2.2km street circuit which began at Corso Vittorio Piazza Cairoli and ended at the entrance to Parco del Valentino – a tribute to the Gran Premio del Valentino which was last run there in 1955.
Afterwards, Webber commented on the day: “This has been a beautiful day in Torino! The corners in this city reminded me of Monte-Carlo – moving from the asphalt paving was really fun. I hope to return to Italy again next year.”
Last week, David Coulthard completed a showcar run in Singapore.
