Ferrari boss, Sefano Domenicali, has warned all staff working for the Italian-outfit to look for another job if they don’t believe that they can win the championship this season.
Ferrari senior management met on Thursday evening and vowed to get their season back on track following a string of disasterous results.
Domenicali’s Driver, Fernando Alonso, spoke out following the British Grand-Prix saying that he believed the ‘Prancing Horse’ was still in with a shot of winning the title this season, and it appears Domenicali wants all of his staff to believe the same.
“Anyone who does not believe that we can win the world championship would do better looking for another job,” Domenicali told Ferrari’s official website.
“No-one here is giving up. There are still nine races to go and anything can happen. We will have to do our job perfectly, that is to say the Ferrari way, and then the results will come.”
