Robert Kubica says he would have no qualms partnering Kimi Raikkonen in 2011, if the scenario were to present itself.
The Finnish driver left Formula One after the 2009 season, moving to the World Rally Championship to compete with the Citroen junior team.
However, the 30-year-old has been linked with a return to F1 in 2011, with Renault being the likely candidates to take him on.
“As I always say, I have no problems with my team-mates,” Autosport quote Kubica as saying. “If Kimi will join us it will be very good. I think he is a great and talented driver.
“It might be very, very good driver line-up with him, but I don’t know what the future will bring us and who will be my team-mate next year. I think it’s too early to say.”
Kubica confirmed on Wednesday that he had signed with the Renault team until 2012, however there was no mention on who would partner him. Currently, that spot is occupied by Vitaly Petrov, but Kubica reckons a more experienced line-up would be beneficial to the teams title fight.
“It’s much better, especially in the current days, to have two good drivers in the team – both drivers can help the team and help each other,” he added.
