Hispania owner Jose Ramon Carabante has denied the Spanish outfit is in any financial difficulties.
This comes after Bernie Ecclestone told The Telegraph on Friday that Hispania had problems which he was working to solve.
“HRT have got problems, I will sort it out,” the 79-year-old said.
However, Carabante told the Spanish publication, Diario AS, in Monaco on Friday evening that the team had a secure budget and were already looking to next season.
“We do not have any problems with the budget, it’s secure, and we are already looking at 2011,” said the Spaniard.
“Maybe he is referring to another competitor that does not yet have sponsors,” he continued in reference to Sauber, who have struggled to find sponsors for the season so far.
