Olivier Pla set the pace in the third and final practice session ahead of the FIA World Endurance Championship’s 1000 Miles of Sebring.

The Frenchman posted a 1m 49.261s in the #708 Glickenhaus 007 LMH, leading compatriot Nicolas Lapierre in the #36 Alpine A480-Gibson by some four-tenths.

Glickenhaus and Alpine were the only two Hypercar runners to outpace the LMP2 field, with the pair of Toyota GR010 Hybrids ending the session fifth and eighth overall.

United Autosports driver Filipe Albuquerque led the LMP2 pack in the #22 ORECA 07-Gibson with a best lap time of 1m 49.745s, outpacing JOTA’s Antonio Felix da Costa by just over two-tenths of a second.

LMP2 runners were responsible for two incidents in the session. First the Inter Europol Competition ORECA spun in the hands of Fabio Scherer but was able to continue.

In the final stages of the session, the #28 JOTA ORECA driven by Ed Jones spun and lost the right rear wheel, causing a full course yellow.

Porsche once more led GTE Pro one-two. Michael Christensen posted a 1m 57.448s in the #92 Porsche 911 RSR-19, leading team-mate Gianmaria Bruni in the #91 sister car.

Corvette’s Nick Tandy was third, leading the two factory Ferraris. GTE Am leader Matteo Cairoli put his #46 Team Project 1 Porsche ahead of James Calado’s leading AF Corse Ferrari.

Cairoli was followed by Dempsey-Proton Racing’s Sebastian Priaulx and Nicki Thiim in the #98 NorthWest AMR Aston Martin Vantage AMR.
