The British Grand Prix will have just a single drag-reduction zone, as it did in 2011, located along the Wellington straight.
The zone remains unchanged from 2011.
The detection point is located 25 metres before turn three (Village Corner), with activation just after turn four (The Loop). Turn five (Aintree Corner) is a high-speed left-hander which can be taken with the rear-wing open before the 400m Wellington straight begins.
