Rebellion Racing continues to lead the way in practice ahead of the Total Six Hours of Spa-Francorchamps, with Gustavo Menezes leading the way with a best time of 2:00.878.

Menezes’ best time was half a second quicker than Brendon Hartley in the #8 Toyota TS050 Hybrid, with Kamui Kobayashi third in the #7 Toyota ahead of ByKolles in fourth.

The #8 Toyota was given a five minute stop-and-go penalty during the session for repeated track limit offences, while the session was also briefly red flagged when the #29 Racing Team Nederland ORECA 07-Gibson found the barriers.

The quickest time in LMP2 was set by Thomas Laurent in the #36 Signatech Alpine A470-Gibson. The Frenchman’s 02:03.371 was enough to outpace Job van Uitert in the all-Dutch #29 car, which crashed at Fagnes later in the session with Frits van Eerd behind the wheel.
