Dragonspeed has lost the LMP2 victory in the Cadillac Grand Prix of Sebring due to a drive time infraction, as bronze-rated Henrik Hedman was found to not have completed his minimum driving time.

According to IMSA timing and scoring data, Hedman pitted the #81 ORECA 07-Gibson on lap 21 to hand over to Gustavo Menezes, who completed the rest of the race and beat the #52 PR1/Mathiasen Motorsports ORECA of Spencer Pigot and Patrick Kelly to the flag.

Hedman’s stop, however, was found to be too early to complete the Swedish driver’s minimum driving time of 45 minutes. The team was therefore demoted to last in class, handing the victory to Pigot and Kelly.

The #38 Performance Tech Motorsport ORECA of Cameron Cassels and Kyle Masson was promoted to second place, while Kyle Tilley and Dwight Merriman were moved up to third in the #18 Era Motorsport ORECA after initially finishing off the podium.
