The FIA has found the Sauber C30 to have infringed the technical regulations and have therefore disqualified both Sergio Perez and Kamui Kobayashi from the race results.

The governing body is yet to release a full statement, but they highlighted the uppermost element of the rear-wing was found to be illegal following an inspection after the race.

This means Perez will be stripped of his seventh place and six points whilst Koabayashi loses eighth and four points, elevating Felipe Massa and Sebastian Buemi as well as moving Adrian Sutil and Paul di Resta into points paying positions.
