Mike Conway is comfortably leading the 2019 24 Hours of Le Mans at the end of the second hour, opening a gap of some 40 seconds to team-mate Sebastien Buemi in the #8.

Rebellion Racing currently holds third with the #3 of Gustavo Menezes ahead of the pair of SMP Racing entries.

The Gulf-liveried #10 Dragonspeed LMP1 has run into trouble in the second hour. The car was bottoming out and had to come in for repairs and was later hit with a ten second stop and go penalty for a fuel infringement

In LMP2, Signatech Alpine leads ahead of G-Drive while Dragonspeed, Jackie Chan DC Racing and Racing Team Nederland contest third place.
