Madison Snow told the media how Paul Miller Racing has benefited from more information since stepping up to two cars in IMSA’s GTD Pro class.

The #1 BMW M4 GT3 Evo driver said: “It’s definitely a big change going from one car to two cars.

“I think coming from Daytona and Sebring, the biggest change is the fact that you can’t get everybody in the same lounge to do a debrief, and so your meetings have a lot more people in them.

“You need a bigger spot, or you’re splitting stuff up.

“But there’s information, there’s more information out there, so that’s why you want to do what you can to debrief together, to learn what the other car is doing, to go out there with two different setups and then see what one works the best.

“I have the same, some of the same questions because I think Daytona and Sebring are so far different, with being a new team or adding a new car to a team, and then having so many people.

“I think those two races are completely different from, or going to be quite a bit different than, how the rest of the year can play out when there’s only four drivers [at Daytona].

“And I think it’s been beneficial so far, but I think we can definitely get in a rhythm going on with these sprint races.”

The GTD Pro category has yet to run its first sprint race of the year, as only GTP and GTD entries competed at the Grand Prix of Long Beach.

Snow and his full-season team-mate Neil Verhagen are third in the standings, hoping to seek victory at the upcoming Course de Monterey at Laguna Seca.
